What this website collects

This website does not have forms, accounts or comment sections, and it does not ask you for personal information. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Like most websites, the hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when pages are requested, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages visited. This is used only to keep the website running securely.

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers. Google's own privacy policy applies to that connection.

Booking a consultation

When you choose to book, you contact the clinic where I consult by WhatsApp or phone. Messages and calls are handled by that clinic's team under its own privacy practices, and are not collected by this website. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it. You only need to share your name and a preferred day to book.

Medical information

Information you share during a consultation is part of your medical record. It is confidential and handled under medical confidentiality rules and applicable law. It is never collected through this website.

Emails

If you write to hello@unspokenhealth.in, your message and address are used only to reply to you. Please don't send detailed medical information by email.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask what personal data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, and raise a grievance. Write to hello@unspokenhealth.in, and you will receive a response within a reasonable time.

Changes

If this website adds features such as analytics or online forms, this policy will be updated before they go live, and the date above will change.
